Get ready for Jeans for Genes Day with our skinny jeans training plan!

Most of us have been at that point where our favourite pair of figure hugging jeans become a little too figure hugging and the need for exercise becomes a priority. Well look no further; with the help of Jeans for Genes supporter, and celebrity personal trainer, Matt Roberts we have created a 4 day plan to help sculpt the perfect jeans body.

The following programme gives you a training routine with 4 sessions per week that aims to build shape in to your lower body, work the upper body and burn fat in an optimum, efficient way. Twinned with interval and steady state cardio this programme will challenge your metabolism and help reduce a few inches from the right areas. Perform each exercise for the specified number of reps before moving on to the next exercise. At the end of each weight training programme there is cardiovascular exercise which is varied to keep challenging your body.

Day one

This is a high rep day with squats, lunges, reverse crawls, deadbugs and steady cardio vascular work.

Day two

Day two

This is a low rep day with chest, single arm shoulder and single arm row press exercises.

Day three

Day three

This is a low rep day with deadlifts, bodyweight lunges, glute bridges, plank and side plank elevations and steady cardio vascular work.

This is a high rep day press ups, straight arm pull downs and tempo session cardio vascular work.
